Are you Gambling Board Approved and how does it work?

Yes, we are Gambling Board approved. Every time you book a casino event with us, we notify the Gambling Board of your event and get a certificate to prove you are allowed to host a casino event without any complications.

Can my event be themed and customised?

Full House Events specialises in customised and themed events with optional extras such as table and chip branding, cigars, Live Jazz artists, guest MC’s, lanyard branding, winners’ certificate branding, specialised AV, and a whole lot more to add to the ulitimate guest experience. Speak to us and we can create a wonderful evening and assist you with customising your event.

Can we play for money?

You are not allowed to play for money anywhere outside of licensed casinos, so the answer is no.

If we can't play for money, what can we play for?

We have a wide range of poker prizes as well as fun giveaways that we distribute randomly throughout the night for things like best bluff, first player out, largest winner and so on.

How long does an event take?

Our events range from 3 to 3.5 hours long but can be customised longer or shorter depending on your event requirements.

How long is set-up time?

The time can vary depending on the number of tables and equipment we are using for your event. A small 4x table event will take about an hour but a larger event of 15 tables could take up to 3 hours to put together. Most events shoudn’t take longer then 3 hours. We will discuss and confirm set-up times with you prior to the event.

How many tables are required for an event?

Poker tables can seat 8 to 9 guests and a dealer per table.

Blackjack tables can seat 7 to 14 people and a dealer per table.

Roulette tables can seat 9 players and a dealer per table.

Where can we run a casino evening?

Anywhere and everywhere! Our equipment is easily transportable and fully mobile. We can happily assist with venue suggestions and setup, delivery and collection of our equipment is handled by our professional team. Additional fees are charged for functions outside of Joburg.

What happens if some guests don't know how to play?

We usually start of the evening with a 15 minute training session to make sure everyone gets the maximum out of every game. Our trained and friendly dealers will assist guests throughout the night ensuring it is a fun experience for everyone.
