The Setting

To deliver that genuinely unique experience that completely sets the mood for an exclusive audience, we start by seeking out original venues that suit your company, brand and anticipated audience.

We then add select furnishings and dcor items, position mood lighting, book live musicians, stock up on fine wine, whiskey and cigars, position the dining area, and power up the plasma screens. 

The tournament tables and chairs are then positioned around the perimeter allowing for access by hostesses and service staff. Prominently positioned in the middle of the room is the final table, covered to allow for a grand reveal ahead of the final showdown.

We then prep all the tables with tournament quality playing cards and chips, brief our dealers and fine tune the tournament schedule. Our hostesses tastefully display the prizes and customised gift sets and prepare the guest welcome area for the arrival of the VIPs.

Our photographer captures the key moments and prints photographs on-site for the guests to take away as a reminder of the occasion.
